Can we move our existing student and fee records from Excel?
Yes. We import your students, guardians, classes and opening fee balances from your Excel sheets as part of the setup, so you start with your real data.
Can we have different fees for each grade and term?
Yes. You set a fee structure for each grade, programme and term, including one-time fees such as admission or exam fees, and Possy ERP creates the fees for every student in the class.
Can teachers use it from their phones?
Yes. Possy ERP runs in the browser, so teachers can mark attendance and enter marks from a phone, tablet or laptop.
Do we need our own server?
No. Possy hosts your system in the cloud with regular backups. You only need an internet connection and a browser.
Is it only for large schools?
No. It suits international schools, private schools, Montessori and preschools, tuition institutes and colleges. We set up only the modules you need.
